Happy Monday Morning ! They weeks inventory is up to 9748 units across the GTA and Toronto with 4999 freehold residential units and the other being 4747 Residential Condo’s units. Total of 1589 units selling in the last 7 days , with inventory being up and sales being up is a direct correlation to a healthy influx of new inventory to the market last week, hopefully this keeps up.
