What's Happening With The Toronto Real Estate Market? We're here in the last week of summer looking at what normally is a very slow time for the real estate market. This past month we've seen a continuation of low inventory (sub 10,000 units) and bidding wars - every-time there's new listings that come onto the market, the same amount of them sell. I believe moving forward for this fall and winter season we may continue to see lower than expected inventory and bidding wars to continue right through the holidays.
