Part 1 Quick update on the market current inventory as predicted we are in the 8000s (8479) with 990 selling in the last 7 days, My last report on August 24 2021 compared to this week sales have dropped 37% and inventory is down 10% with no sign of a correction of new inventory to help out with supply, At this pace by January we should be in the 4000s with never before seen prices attached to those homes.
