Will Hurricane Ian Hurt Real Estate Prices in Southwest Florida? There's been tons of reports coming out in the news talking about Hurricane Ian bringing Florida real estate prices to a halt... but I don't think that at all! It may cause some people to avoid purchasing in the area, but you have to remember, the average buyer of a home in Florida already knows about the potential for hurricanes, tornados, flood etc. especially if they're going to buy right on the coast. I think people will continue to buy and prices will rise, that's why I'm doubling down on investing in Southwest Florida!

In this video, I discuss whether or not I think Hurricane Ian will cause Florida real estate prices to go down.
