What I learned by investing in Florida Real Estate

I have some big updates about my journey investing in Florida real estate that I want to share with you. We thought it would be a smooth process... not so much! While trying to buy a place inventory was low on resale properties, we faced bidding wars on new construction homes, and prices were rising, FAST! In the end we were able to purchase a new construction home and they started pouring the foundation right after we paid our deposit.
