Toronto Real Estate Prices Continue To Rise (November 2021)

Toronto Real Estate Prices Continue To Rise (November 2021) With low real estate inventory we continue to see the average sales price rise. We've also seen the Bank of Canada increase rates making it more expensive to borrow money, however it hasn't hurt prices. Typically an increase in interest should drive a slowing or even a decrease in price, but with our strong immigration numbers and low inventory it might not slow us down at all.
