Toronto Home Prices To Rise by $100,000?! (My Reaction To Real Estate News)

I'm back with another monthly reaction segment where I react to recent news surrounding Toronto Real Estate. This month we have news surrounding Toronto's average home price is set to rise by over $100,000 in 2022, tenants being served an N13 so that a Toronto apartment building can undergo renovations, and Ontario wanting to nix the red tape to build millions of homes soon.

In this video, I share my opinions on the real estate news circulating around the GTA.
