The Toronto Real Estate Market is Shifting (March 2022 Update)

The Toronto real estate market is really starting to move fast right now. Every week if not every day we're getting new statistics and information that make it hard to predict where we're heading. Over the past month we've seen tons of new inventory hit the market after people see their neighbours sell for all time highs, but is the demand still there now? From what I'm seeing I believe we've hit the peak and are now starting to see the market shift towards longer days on market, less bidding wars, and potentially lower selling prices.

In this video, I give my monthly real estate market update and explain where I see the Greater Toronto Area housing prices heading.
