The problem with the Air BNB investment market and why I never got involved.
It looks like its coming to an end with a state by state and province to province crack down and placing heavy restrictions to lean up a heavy saturated market. I would imagine the big hoteliers are in the back ground putting fire under there local councilman and woman to place more restrictions on Air BNB’s in the area.

Some states will only allow short term rentals if you actually live in the property or increasing the stay to a minimum of 30 days (This is what ill be doing in Florida).

Any advice to clients and future clients make sure you can lease out as a regular long term rental and make sure the expenses will be covered.
