Current inventory is sitting at 9163 units up 5% from last week with 363 units selling up 75%, WE NEED TO KEEP IN MIND IF YOUR PLANNING TO SELL GET TO THE MARKET WITH THE LOWEST INVENTORY, last month inventory was around 8700 units. Ill say it again this year we will have the most inventory I’ve experienced in my career.

What to look out for in 2023

The bank of Canada meeting dates for the policy rate and the inflation announcement for Dec 2022 on January 17, 2023.
