I want to thank everyone for coming to our 9th annual Fall Festival. We had a great time with over 300 people attending.

In terms of real estate, the current inventory is at 19,446 units, with sales at 17,732 units. I’ll discuss the potential impact of the long weekend and upcoming inventory trends.

Additionally, I’ll touch on the bond market and its implications for interest rates. Stay tuned for more updates!
