Quick update on the market current inventory just broke the 10k mark (10,027) with over 1k (1029) sold in the last 7 days.
We had a robust January with listings being sold and offers being submitting on properties for clients! Spring did come early. We sold off all our carry over inventory from last year with room for more new listings.
We have a few more listings coming to the market next week with bidding war structures, we will keep you posted on the outcome.
Talking about inflation and what to expect for this year, as I’ve been talking the last year we will have a hellish 2023 with easing prior to the 2025 Federal Election. Lumber costs down to pre covid pricing ($ 395 USD)
