Real Estate Investments I'm Making in 2022 (AirBnb and Multiplex properties) With the current state of our market it's getting more difficult to score a good investment deal in Toronto unless it's a multiplex property. Where my clients and I have been seeing more opportunity is going outside of Greater Toronto Area and renting out properties on AirBnb as short term rentals. We've seen some properties score as much as 2x more income annually, however it does come along with more work.
