Watching todays inventory climb since last week to 4392 units and also 25% of the inventory (1111) getting chewed up weekly, no signs of slowing just yet.

 

Huge win for my clients with the purchase of there new home, we ventured out on last week snow storm and were able to score a great deal due to the weather, only 7 offers we’re registered and presented and we took the deal 50-70k below market !
