I'm back with another monthly reaction segment where I react to recent news surrounding Toronto Real Estate. This month we have news surrounding the government rebooting their landlord review platform, home prices in Windsor have doubled since 2020, and homebuyers are upset with real estate agents listing homes too low causing them to sell for more than they're worth.
