Looking at Inventory & Sales During Toronto's Real Estate Market Crash

As the Toronto real estate market continues to crash, I decided it would be interesting to share the numbers behind the crash. Both inventory and sales are down - two very important indicators. Will these statistics start moving towards 2021 levels? I think that depends when we start to see inflation and interest rate hikes slowing down.
