Getting ready to invest in Florida real estate before it's TOO LATE

I just recently got back from Florida to check on the progress of the business, meet with some builders, and get our media team organized. I have to say, it felt absolutely amazing being down there! What I noticed while being down there is that it's not your typical retirees and snowbirds that are moving to Florida, but it's now young families with new money that are moving to the new communities along the SouthWest Coast. Definitely a good look for the future of investments when it comes to demand and prices for property down south!
